3、2004,andtheyaalbumin:mildhypoalbuminemia(30to35g/L)groupandseverehypoalbuminemia(30g/L)group.Theplicationsintheearlystage,relatedparameters,andtheincidencerateofinfectionandmortalityinthelaterstageorrhage,thescoreofacutephysiologyandchronichealthevaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)and
4、thefrequenciesofpulseandbreathintheseverehypoalbuminemiagroupildhypoalbuminemiagroup(P＜0.05orP＜0.01).ThedifferencesofincidencerateofhepaticfailureandthescoresofRansonandBalthazarCTbetortalityintheseverehypoalbuminemiagroupildhypoalbuminemiagroup(P＜0.01)inthelaterstageo
5、fSAP.Conclusion:HypoalbuminemiaintheearlystagecanacceleratethedeteriorationinpathophysiologyofSAP.Theloaalbuminisintheearlystage,themoreplicationsandthehigherincidencerateofinfectionandmortalityicinflammatoryresponsesyndrome(SIRS)andabundantsupplementofalbumin,.freelin
