1、浅析慢性肺心病急性加重期抗凝治疗与心功能改善的效果大庆市人民医院163316摘要:目的研究分析慢性肺心病急性加重期抗凝治疗与新功能改善的相关性。方法此次研宄的对象是选择74例肺心病急性加重期患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析,并随机分成治疗组(常规治疗同时采用低分子肝素和血栓通进行抗凝治疗,38例)和对照组(仅采用常规治疗,36例),治疗前后同步检测患者血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fb)、D-2聚体和心输出量(CO),平均肺动脉压(mPAP),肺血管阻力(PVRI)。结果1)治疗组(常规治疗同时加用低分子肝素和血栓通治疗)治疗后
2、较治疗前Fb、D-2聚体显著降低(P<0.01),PT、APTT、TT、CCHfM(P<0.05),PAPm、PVRI较治疗前下降(P<0.05)o结论肺心病患者急性加重期其血液呈高凝状态,心功能明显下降;常规治疗并配合有效的抗凝、降纤治疗能有效改善肺心病急性加重期血液的高凝状态,同时有效改善患者心功能,提高肺心病治疗效果。关键词:慢性肺心病;尚凝状态;抗凝;心功能Abstract:ObjectiveTostudythecorrelationbetweenanticoagulationtherapyandnewfunctionalimprovementinpatients
