4、gingbehind.AlthoughmanystudentshavelearnedEnglishformanyyears,theystillcannotspeakEnglishfluently,eventosayawordwhentheymeetwithforeigners.Asaresult,thereistheprevailingphenomenonofhighmarksbutdumbEnglish.AfterjoiningWTO,thesinglereadingtalenthasbeenfar
5、frommeetingtheneedsofmodernsociety.StudentsinRuralhighschoolsfailtoreachthegoalofcommunicationinEnglishandobtaininformationinEnglish.Basedonthecurrentsituation,theauthorconductsaninvestigationamongteachersandstudentsinBaodingruralseniorhighschool.Theinv
