4、omenonofhighmarksbutdumbEnglish.AfterjoiningWTO,thesinglereadingtalenthasbeenfarfrommeetingtheneedsofmodernsociety.StudentsinRuralhighschoolsfailtoreachthegoalofcommunicationinEnglishandobtaininformationinEnglish.Basedonthecurrentsituation,theauthorconductsaninvestigationamongteachersandstude
