4、eigners.Asaresult,thereistheprevailingphenomenonofhighmarksbutdumbEnglish.AfterjoiningWTO,thesinglereadingtalenthasbeenfarfrommeetingtheneedsofmodernsociety.StudentsinRuralhighschoolsfailtoreachthegoalofcommunicationinEnglishandobtaininformationinEnglish.Basedonthecurrentsituati
