4、eystillcannotspeakEnglishfluently,eventosayawordwhentheymeetwithforeigners.Asaresult,thereistheprevailingphenomenonofhighmarksbutdumbEnglish.AfterjoiningWTO,thesinglereadingtalenthasbeenfarfrommeetingtheneedsofmodernsociety.StudentsinRuralhighschoolsfailtoreachthegoalofcommunicatio
