1、后路经关节突截骨治疗老年胸腰椎骨折所致后凸畸形【摘要】目的：评价后路经关节突截骨矫正治疗老年胸腰椎骨折所致后凸畸形的效果。方法：对18例老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折后凸畸形采用后路截骨矫正治疗。结果：术前Cobb角12.1°，术后Cobb角平均为2.8°。随访8〜26个月(平均14个月)，所有病例均无钉棒松动断裂，术后疼痛明显缓解。结论：后路经关节突截骨矫正治疗老年胸腰椎骨折所致后凸畸形疗效满意。【关键词】胸腰椎骨折；后凸畸形；截骨；矫形[Abstract]Objective：ToinvestigatetheclinicaloutcomeofposteriorTrans-ar

7、985.2015.01.050老年胸腰椎压缩骨折多因骨质疏松加上轻微外力所致。大多可经PVP或PKP治疗。一部分患者早期未经正规治疗，以致骨折椎体压缩超过椎体的3/4,无法经PVP或PKP手术治疗。后凸畸形可导致脊柱不稳定、疼痛、神经损害。针对此类患者，手术治疗目的在于减轻腰背疼痛、改善神经功能、纠正后凸畸形及重建脊柱稳定性，笔者应用后路经关节突截骨手术治疗取得了较好疗效，现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取2007年10月-2011年10月，笔者采用后路经关节突截骨矫正治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩骨折后凸畸形18例，其中男5例，女13例
