1、安徽医药AnhuiMedicalandPharmaceuticalJournal2013Feb;17(2)•223•联合检测CEA、ADA、LDH及血沉对胸腔积液性质判断的临床意义夏静,闫雪波,刘荣玉(安徽医科大学第一附属医院老年呼吸内科,呼吸病研究所,安徽合肥230032)摘要:目的探讨联合检测血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、血清及胸水乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、胸水腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)及血沉对胸腔积液性质判断的临床意义。方法以安徽医科大学第一附属医院2011年12月至2012年6月89例住院胸腔积液患者为研究对象,其中25例结核性胸腔积液患者,42例恶性胸腔积液患者,22例炎性胸腔积
2、液患者;采用电化学发光免疫分析法测定血清CEA,酶法(L法)测定血清LDH,速率法测定胸水LDH及ADA,魏氏法测定血沉。结果恶性胸腔积液患者血清CEA含量明显高于结核性及炎性胸腔积液患者;胸水及血清LDH含量在结核性、恶性、炎性胸腔积液患者中比较无显著性差异,但三者胸水LDH含量均明显高于正常范围,结核性胸腔积液患者胸水与血清LDH比值明显高于恶性胸腔积液患者;结核性胸腔积液患者胸水ADA含量明显高于恶性及炎性胸腔积液患者;炎性胸腔积液患者血沉明显高于结核性及恶性胸腔积液患者,结核性胸腔积液患者血沉明显高于恶性胸腔积液患者。结论联合检测胸腔积液患者血清CEA、胸水及血清L
