4、mRNAlevelofT¦ÂR1andT¦ÂR2was0.000608¡À0.000232and0.000113¡À0.000049at12wk.T¦ÂR1expressionwasgraduallyelevatedduringtheprogressionofdiabeticretinopathy,T¦ÂR2expressionwasup-regulatedat4wk,butdown-regulatedat12wk.CONCLUSION:TGF-¦Âanditsreceptors(T¦ÂR1andT¦ÂR2)mayplayimportantrole
