6、sadenocarcinomaandK-rasmutationsguidetreatmentselectioninnon-in110samples(73%)andnonadenocarcinomain40smallcelllungcancer(NSCLC)patients.Althoughmu-(27%)samples.EGFRmutationswereidentifiedin26tationstatusisroutinelyassessedinbiopsies,cytologicalsamples(17%)andK-ra
