5、isperformedonTP-processedhistochemistry,PR=progesteronereceptor,TP=thin-prep.specimensisapplicableinclinicalpractice.Hormonereceptors(HRs)andHER2immunocytochemistrywasperformedon542primarybreastcancerFNACspecimensusingtheTPmethod.OnehundredfourteenHER2fluorescenceinsituhybrid

6、ization(FISH)analyseswereperformedonHER2ICC2þFNACspecimensINTRODUCTIONandthecorrespondingtissuesamples.HRsresultsofTPslidesandthoseAsasimpleandrapidprocedureinthediagnosisofbreastofformalin-fixedparaffin-embedded(FFPE)slideswerecorrelatedwellcancers,fineneedleaspirationcytolog
