3、theapplicationofEnglishwritingportfoliomaybeusedasaeffectivetoolinEnglishwritingclass.ThisstudyexaminestherelationshipbetweentheconstructionofEnglishwritingportfolioandlearnerautonomythroughexperimentsinreallyclassandtoproposemethodstoimproveautonomyonthebaseofwritin
4、gportfolio.Theresearchquestionthatwasinvestigatedwas:(1)Canthetrainingofsettingupwritingportfoliopromotelearners’abilityofautonomouslearning?(2)Canthetrainingofsettingupwritingportfoliopromotelearners’writingability?Thecorrelationwasmeasuredfor92participantsintwoclas
5、sesfrominaNo.1seniorschoolinthecityofJinChanginGansuProvince.ThisisimportantbecauseoftherelativelylowEnglishwritinglevelinseniorhighschoolaroundChina,especiallyinthewestpartofChina.Traditionalclasshasreducedstudentsinterestinlearninginwriting,especiallyEnglishwriting
6、.Ontheotherhand,highschoolistransitionalperiodofenteringtotheuniversity,anditalsoprovidesthefoundationforstudentsoffuturelifeduetogoodtimeofyouth.Tosomeextent,whatthestudentslearnandhowtheylearninseniorhighschoolguides,andevendeterminesthewholeknowledgeofindividual’s
7、life.Thisstudyisinhopethatitmightimprovetheeffectivenessofthestudents’learningnotonlyontheclassinseniorhighschool,andmoreimportantly,theircontinuouslyautonomouslearningaftertheclass.Thisstudyadoptsmanyapproaches,suchasobservation,questionnaire,formalandinformalinterv
