6、ng,fallout,nowaterretention,noblack-odor,zerowaste,drainagefacilities,separationofgarbageandconstructionwastepiled1632008-2009年下半学期武术队训练计划训练任务与目标：（比赛、各项训练指标、管理等）本学期没有比赛任务，为了更好地打好下年度的高校武术比赛,制定以下训练计划。训练阶段划分，阶段训练任务，主要训练措施与手段：一.完善阶段（第1周-第5周）本阶段全队主要以围绕比赛项目，复习、修改、练习已有套路，恢复性基本功训
7、练，逐步进入正常的训练状态。二.提高阶段（第6周-第14周）本阶段主要以半套、整套训练为主。加强套路中难度动作、结构组合练习。同时加强专项素质、身体素质的训练。三.调整阶段（第15周-第17周）通过本阶段训练，找出不足之处加以修改和完善。另外期末考试临近，增加文化课的学习时间。针对这种情况，调整训练运动量。因此，主要的训练计划有比划、分段、改套路为主。offormstoconductextensivepublicityandeducationofthemasses,soeveryonepayattentiontofirepreventio
