1、沉渣包埋切片及免疫组化检测在胸水诊断中的应用价值林建龙钟国栋王婷林晶魏霖程焰红(福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院病理科福建福州350003)目的:探讨液基细胞学联合沉渣包埋切片及免疫组化检测在胸水诊断中的应用价值。方法:对368例胸水进行液基细胞学检测,其中65例恶性及可疑恶性胸水进行沉濟包埋切片,并联合应用免疫组化染色,进一步明确诊断及追溯其组织来源。结果:65例胸水液基细胞学检测阳性49例(75.38%),可疑阳性16例,经沉濟包埋切片及免疫组化检测出阳性61例,阳性率93.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05>;经免疫组化标记结果证实,肺腺癌41例、肺鳞癌2
2、例、肺祌经内分泌癌1例、恶性间皮瘤2例、胃肠道癌9例、乳腺癌2例、肭管癌1例、卵巢癌3例、反应性间皮增生4例。结论:液基细胞学联合沉濟包埋切片及免疫组化检测,可提高胸水细胞学诊断准确性和阳性检出率,并对判断肿瘤细胞组织来源具有临床应用价值。【关键词】液基细胞学;沉濟埋切片;免疫组织化学;胸水R446A2095-1752(2015)26-0107-03ApplicationValueofSedimentEmbeddingBiopsyAndImmunohistochemicalDetectionInHydrothoraxLinJianlong,ZhongGuodong
