1、解放军护理杂志2014年1O月,31(19)某三级甲等医院不同学历、职称护士职业生涯规划及核心能力现状的分析杨明莹,郭文娇,古启启,杨倩蓉,袁薇,倪红(1.昆明医科大学第二附属医院护理部,云南昆明650101;2.昆明医科大学第二附属医院心胸外科)【摘要l目的了解某三级甲等医院不同学历、职称护士职业生涯规划及核心能力的现状,为进一步完善对护士的分层及培训提供依据。方法2013年8—12月,选择昆明医科大学第二附属医院25个科室的286名护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士职业生涯规划问卷及注册护士核心能力测评量表(co
