7、obilephasewasacetonitrile/methanol/glacialaceticacid/triethylamine(90:l0:2.5:3.0,V/v/v/V)attheflowrateof0.5mL/min.Thecolumntem—peraturewassetat20oC.Thedetectionwavelengthwas275nm.Theresolutionofatenololenantiomerswas1.73witharathershortanalysistime,about20min,underthe
