1、体通过核心肌群的收缩保持或维持脊柱和骨盆在正常解剖学位置的能力;核心稳定性训练即是动态的核心稳定肌的本体感受性训练,又是核心运动肌的力量训练,它摒弃了现有力量训练方法存在的弊端,有着与传统体能训练不可比拟的优势,为我国运动员体能训练提供新思路。核心力量是一种刚由康复和健身领域进入竞技运动训练的新型力量素质,在理论研究、训练方法、检测与评定以及与传统力量训练之间的关系等方面仍然存在许多丞待解决的问题。本研究通过论述其概念,阐明了核心力量训练的基本原理,并在此基础之上探讨核心稳定性训练对速攀运动员的作用,并结合实践经验阐明核心力量训练在提高运动员核心稳定性、核心力量和专
