1、品管圈在提高消化科门诊预约率中的成效分析崔秀兰李玉巧宋素勤孙书秀韩敏王艳珂(商丘市第一人民医院门诊部河南商丘476100)【摘要】目的:分析品管圈在提高消化科门诊预约率中的成效。方法:选取2015年6月至2015年10月我院消化科患者60例,将所有患者随机分为两组,均30例。对照组采用常规管理模式,观察组在常规管理模式的基础上采用品管圈管理模式,对两组管理模式下预约率进行比较。结果:观察组门诊预约成功率为100%,显著高于对照组的76.67%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组预约挂号等待时间明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);在预约量比较中,观察预

7、sworthpopularizationinclinicalapplication.[key]theqccircle;Digestivedepartmentoutpatientservice;Bookingrate近年来,随着社会的不断发展,人们饮食结构的不合理化,导致医院消化科病人数量呈逐年上升的趋势。面对越来越多的患者,如何提高门诊预约率已成为0前门诊需要深入探讨的问题[1】。品管圈一般是由6名护理人员组成,又称QCC小组,所冇成员对在门诊工作中出现的问题,集思广益,共冏探讨解决方法,与传统模式下医护人员工作管理模式不同,品管圈可有效的提高医护人员的
8、工作效率,增加医护人员间凝聚力,减少医患纠纷,提高患者满意度[2】。本研究分析品
