5、官兵对初级军官胜任特征评价的差异和特点.方法:各军兵种官兵6263名,完成《优秀初级军官心理素质调查表》9004份,有效率8602%;采用多级重要度语义量词模糊集评估法对40项指标逐条评价.结果:①根据模糊集语意量词MFS分值将37项指标分为3个等级:“最重要”10项.freelyResearchInstitute)与其他3家研究机构花费7a的时间完成了一项重大工程:军队选拔与分类项目(ProjectA),旨在通过职业分析,建立一套完整、科学、适合军事人员选拔与分类的数据库[5,6,.freelent[M].Nepo
