1、抗环瓜氨酸抗体、类风湿因子对老年类风湿关节炎早期诊断意义的对比研宄薛建峰陶蕾[摘要]目的:对比抗环瓜氨酸抗体(抗CCP抗体)、类风湿因子(RF)在诊断老年类风湿性关节炎(RA)中的意义。方法:选取住院患者124人。老年RA组29人;非老年RA组48人;老年非RA组47人。对三组患者抗CCP抗体、RF等检验结果进行统计学分析。结果:1、关于抗CCP抗体:老年RA组、非老年RA组、老年非RA组抗CCP抗体阳性率分别为48%、54%、8%;老年RA组与非老年RA组无统计学差异(P>0.05),老年RA组与老年非RA组有统计学差
2、异(P<0.05=0);老年组抗CCP抗体的阳性预测值78%、阴性预测值74%、敏感度48%、特异度91%。2、关于RF:老年RA组、非老年RA组、老年非RA组RF阳性率分别为62%、69%、23%;老年RA组与非老年RA组无统计学差异(P〉0.05);老年RA组与老年非RA组有统计学差异(P<0.05=0.001);老年组RF的阳性预测值62%、阴性预测值77%、敏感度62%、特异度77%。结论:在老年RA患者屮抗CCP抗体、RF各具优势,联合应用提高诊断的敏感性、特异度,降低漏诊率。[关键词]老年类风湿关节炎抗CCP
