2、计算药动学参数。结果大鼠尾;v丹参醇提取物后,丹参酮I,的主要药动学参数分别为i,:为((0.088士。.024)h.t,。为(2.1士0.7)h:V为(0.8士0.6)L;CL为(2.0士1.1)L/h’;AUC},和AUC,_分别为(2.2士0.9)mg·h/L和((3.4士1.7)mg"h/I结论丹参醇提取物iv给药后,丹参酮I,的药一时曲线符合二室模型血浆中丹参酮I*迅速下降,表观分布容积大;隐丹参酮在血浆中消除快,药动学参数不易获得关键词丹参;丹参醇提取物;丹参酮皿。;隐丹参酮药动学;高效液相色谱中图分类号82
