4、chismainlytodealwithsomedocuments,isalsoresponsibleforsomeworktoestablishrecruitmentandselection,training,performanceappraisal,compensationandotheraspectsofsystemandmanagementhowever,therelationshipbetweentheseworkwiththestrategicdirectionofthebusinessisverydistant.Bythebeginningofthe1980s,ther
