2、easinglyblurred,regionaleconomyandeventheglobaleconomyisincreasinglybecominganintegralwhole,qianyifaerdongquanshen.Inthiscase,thetraditionalmanagementideaisbeingchallenged,asthedrivingforceofeconomicintegrationandthenaturalresultofmultinationalcompaniesnotonlyfaceadifferentpoliticalsystem,l
3、egalnormsandcustoms,butalsopromotemutualunderstanding,mutualpenetrationandfusionofcontinuousculture.Multinationalmanagersoftenencountersuchasmanagementsystemandvaluesofdifferentorganizationshowtocommunicateandcooperate,differentnationalities,culturalbackgroundandlanguagetogethertocompleteth
4、eworkofemployees.Transnationalmergerintensifiedhumanresourcemanagementhasbecomemorecomplex.Suchassincethe1990s,theglobalmergerwavewave,accordingtoChinaWorldTradeCenterConferenceonstatistics,in1999theglobaltransnationalmergersince6700,theamountof$720billion.StudyontheglobalmergercaseofMcKins
5、eyCointheUnitedStates,onlyabout1/3ofthemergerissuccessful,thevastmajorityofmergersandacquisitionsisnotsuccessfulordefects,themainreasonisthetransitionandintegrationperiodinpostmergerenterprisehasnotdealtwith,especiallyafterthemergerofenterpriseshavedifferencesincorporatecultureandhumanresou
6、rcemanagement.Leadtofailure.Thathumanresourcemanagementisacommonconcerntopicofglobalenterprise.ChineseaccesstoWTO,willparticipateininternationalcompetitioninamoreextensivefieldanddeeperextent,withdomesticenterprisesmoreandmoreandmoredeeplyintotheinternationalmarket,infrontofthehumanresource
7、managementproblemshavebecomeincreasinglyprominentinmultinationalenterprisemanagers.Moreover,inhumanresourcesmanagementinChina'senterprisetransnationaloperationproblemsthanforeignmultinationalcompaniesismorecomplex,becauseinadditiontotheinternalmanagement
