2、rengthareimprovedtoacertainextent.However,duetothelong-termroleofinstitutionalconstraints,thehumanresourcesmanagementofstate-ownedenterpriseshasnotdevelopedaccordingly,thuslimitingthedevelopmentofenterprisesatthenextstage.Inthesituationofeconomicglobalization,theen
3、tryofalargenumberofforeign-fundedenterprises,whilepromotingthedevelopmentofChina'senterprises,butalsoexacerbatedthecompetitioninthehumanresourcesmarket.Therefore,itisurgenttoexplorethecorrespondingstrategyofhumanresourcemanagementinstate-ownedenterprisesintheproces
4、soffurtherdeepeningofthereform.I.Thecurrentstateofthedevelopmentofstate-ownedenterprisesIntheseyearsofreform,thenumberofstate-ownedenterpriseshasbeendecreasing,from23.8in1998to15in2003.Accordingtotheprocessofreform,state-ownedenterprisesaredecreasingatanannualrateo
5、f4000to5000.Intheprocess,althoughthenumberofenterprisesinthedecrease,theprofitsrealizedfrom21billion370millionyuanto495billion120millionyuan,anincreaseof22.2times.Thisfullyshowsthattheadjustmentofthelayoutandstructureofthestate-ownedeconomy,althoughthenumberofstate
6、-ownedenterpriseshasbeenreduced,buttheoverallqualityhasimproved,andtheleadingroleandinfluenceinthenationaleconomyhavealsobeenenhanced.Furtherreformisstill,toagreaterextenttorevitalizetheassetsandincreaseemploymentopportunities,thenumberofstate-ownedenterpriseswillc
7、ontinuetodecrease,buttheproportionofthetotaleconomyinthenationaleconomywillincrease,industrydistributionwilltendtobereasonable.Thereductionofthenumberofenterprisesandtheimprovementofefficiency,moreenterprisesneedtolookforbenefitsinmanagement.Atthesametime,withtheac
8、cessionofWTOandtheinfluenceofglobalization,theuncertaintyoftheexternalenvironmentismoreobvious.Two,thenecessityofthereformofhumanresourcemanageme
