3、Jobevaluation,asamainfactorinhumanresourcemanagement,hasattractedmajorattentionnowadays.Thereasonsforthisphenomenonvaryfromdifferentaspects,includinggenderdifferences,anditalsocausesdifferentresults.Thisarticlehasbeenfocusingonjobevaluation,andsomerelatedissuestogivereadersaoverallunderstanding

6、thodsofconductingjobevaluationinvolvesdeterminingweightsintermsoftheirrelativeimportance,andthenapplyingthemtoasetofjobsbasedonajobanalysis.Thisprocesshasbeentermedthepointmethodofjobevaluation.Akey,butoftenimplicit,goalofthismethodistoenhanceemployeeperceptionsofpaysatisfactionandpayfairness.H
