5、icientandsafedeliveryofsiRNAsinvivoremainsachallenge.Polymer-lipidhybridnanoparticles(P/LNPs)havebeenevaluatedfortherapeuticdeliveryofsiRNA.Inthisstudy,amicrofluidichydrodynamicfocusing(MF)systemwasusedtoprepareP/LNPsloadedwithVEGFsiRNA.P/LNPsmadebyMFweresmallerinpa
6、rticlesizeandhadnarrowersizedistributioncomparedtoP/LNPsformedbybulkmixing(BM).MF-synthesizedP/LNPsdemonstratedlowvehiclecytotoxicityandpotenttumorcellinhibitioninvitro.Inaddition,P/LNPsproducedbythemicrofluidicchipexhibitedprolongedbloodcirculationandincreasedAUCaf
