5、showedNPswithsizesfrom42to55 nmforthecaseofhighPbconcentrationandundopedZnONPs,respectively.X-raydiffraction(XRD)patternsindicatedthattheundopedandPb-dopedZnONPswerecrystallizedinahexagonalwurtzitestructure.Inaddition,theXRDresultswereanalysedusingsize–strainplottocalculatethelatticestra
6、inofthepreparedsamples.Fromtheresultsofopticalcharacterizations,thebandgapvaluesofthePb-dopedZnONPsdecreasedincomparisontothebandgapvalueoftheundopedZnONPs.EvidenceofdopantincorporationandO-vacancyconcentrationoftheZnONPsweredemonstratedbyX-rayphotoelectronspectroscopyofthePb-dopedZnONPs
