3、ngsolutionblendingtechnique.Blendsconstituted5%,10%and15%ofmcl-PHAindif-ferentrubbers.Thermogravimetricanalysisofmcl-PHAshowedthemeltingtemperatureofthepolymeraround50°C.Thermalprop-ertiesofthesynthesizedblendwerestudiedbyDifferentialScanningCalorimetrywhichconfi
4、rmedeffectiveblendingbetweenthepolymers.Blendingofmcl-PHAwithnaturalrubberledtothesynthesisofadifferentpolymerhavingthemeltingpointof90°C.Deg-radationstudiesoftheblendswerecarriedoutusingasoilisolate,Pseudomonassp.202for30days.Extracellularproteinconcentrationasw
5、ellasOD660duetothegrowthofPseudomonassp.202wasstudied.Thedegradationofblendedplasticmaterial,asevidencedby%weightlossafterdegradationandincreaseinthegrowthoforganismcorrelatedwiththeamountofmcl-PHApresentinthesample.GrowthofPseudomonassp.202resultedin14.63%,16.
