3、hienyl}perfluorocyclopentene(BEDTP),wassynthesizedanditsstructurewasdeterminedbysingle-crystalX-raydiffractionanalysis.Itsphotochromicandfluorescentpropertieswerealsoinvestigated.Theresultsshowedthatthiscompoundexhibitedreversiblephotochromism,changingfromcolorlesstom
4、agentaafterirradiationwithUVlightbothinsolutionandinthecrystallinephase.Inhexanesolution,theopen-ringisomerofBEDTPexhibitedrelativelystrongfluorescenceat400nmwhenexcitedat282nm.Thefluorescenceintensitydecreasedalongwiththephotochromismuponirradiationwith254nmlightandi
