6、nwidephe-notypicBiofuelsvariationamongcollections.TheobjectiveofthisstudywastoassessthediversityandgeneticrelationshipsamongaccessionsofR.communisfromthestateofChiapas,MéxicousingAFLP(amplifiedMolecularmarkersfragmentlengthpolymorphism)andSSR(simplesequencerepeat)markers.Inthi
7、sresearch53%oftheAFLPmarkerswerepolymorphic;additionally,wedetectedhighlevelsofgeneticdiversity(71%).ThecombinationsE-AAC+M-CAGandE-ACG+M-CAGpresentedaPICvalueof0.415and0.425andanRPof41.98and46.11,respectively,indicatingthatthesecombinationsareusefulinstudiesofgeneticchar-act
