4、TheJaccardsimilarityindices,asbasedontheISSRprofiles,weresubjectedtoacompletelinkageanalysis,andthedendrogramrevealedsixgroups.TheresultsoftheKeywords:clusteringshowedthatA.millefoliumsubspecieselbursensis(endemictoNorthernIran)isGeneticdiversityseparatedfromothergenotypesinthedendro
5、gram.ThePrincipleComponentAnalysisAchilleamillefolium(PCA)confirmedtheresultsoftheclustering.TostudythemorphologicalandphonologicalISSRmarkerPCAtraitsoftheseplants,wecultivatedtheminarandomizedcompleteblockdesignwiththreereplications,andthesetraitsweremeasuredduringtheearlystageofflow
