4、rated,ofwhich104Availableonline16June2011(65.82%)werepolymorphic.EighteenselectedISSRprimersamplified156bandswith87(55.77%)beingpolymorphic.ThecultivarsofXiangYaMangotypeandtheirprogenyhaveKeywords:highgeneticsimilaritywitheachother.The23cultivarswereclusteredintot
5、womajorSCoTmarkersgroupsbasedontheSCoTanalysisandthreemajorgroupsbasedontheISSRanalysiswithISSRUPGMA.TheseclustersareinaccordancewiththeirknownoriginsandmainphenotypicGeneticdiversityMangiferaindicaL.characteristics.OurresultsindicatedthattheSCoTanalysisbetterrepr
