4、d344and170polymorphicbands,respectively,thatwereusedfortheconstructionofdendrograms.RegardlessofthesimilaritycoefficientandmarkertypeKeywords:used,UPGMAplaced38AegilopsaccessionsintoonebranchwhiletheotherbranchconsistedofwheatAegilopsspecies.WithintheAegilopscluster,subgroupswereidentifiedthatinclud

5、edspeciesthatsharedthesameRAPDISSRgenomeorbelongedtothesamebotanicalsection.WithintheTriticumcluster,tworobustsubgroupsGeneticsimilaritycoefficientswereformed,oneincludingdiploidwheatandanotherincludingpolyploidwheat.Inconclusion,resultsshowedthatthereisgeneticdiversityintheGreekAegilopsspeciesstud
