3、htaccessionsRevised26April2010ofsevenGreekAegilopsspecies[Ae.triuncialis(genomeUC),Ae.neglecta(UM),Ae.biuncialis(UM),Ae.cau-Accepted29April2010data(C),Ae.comosa(M),Ae.geniculata(MU)andAe.umbellulata(U)]aswellasTriticumaccessionswereAvailableonline5May2010studied.NineteenRAPDandtenISSRprimersyielde
4、d344and170polymorphicbands,respectively,thatwereusedfortheconstructionofdendrograms.RegardlessofthesimilaritycoefficientandmarkertypeKeywords:used,UPGMAplaced38AegilopsaccessionsintoonebranchwhiletheotherbranchconsistedofwheatAegilopsspecies.WithintheAegilopscluster,subgroupswereidentifiedthatinclud
5、edspeciesthatsharedthesameRAPDISSRgenomeorbelongedtothesamebotanicalsection.WithintheTriticumcluster,tworobustsubgroupsGeneticsimilaritycoefficientswereformed,oneincludingdiploidwheatandanotherincludingpolyploidwheat.Inconclusion,resultsshowedthatthereisgeneticdiversityintheGreekAegilopsspeciesstud
