4、rbeangerm-collectionmaybeduetooneormorefactorsplasmisrelativelylow(overallHe=0.126forAFLPsincluding:samplingstrategiesthathavenotcapturedand0.188forSSRs)comparedtoestimatesofgeneticthefullextentofgeneticvariationinthespecies;diversityinotherplantspecies.Ourdataalsos

5、hownoartifactualvariationduetolong-termgermplasmgeographicstructuringofgenotypesacrosscontinentsstorageandseedregeneration;orintenseselectionorcountrieswithincontinents.AnassessmentofthefollowedbydomesticcultivationofalimitednumbercongruencebetweenAFLPandSSRsindicat
