1、牙齿缺失成年小鼠海马齿状回神经元的新生收到抑制牙齿缺失可成为成年小鼠海马齿状回神经元新生的抑制因素已有研究表明,大量牙齿缺失对小鼠学习记忆能力存在影响,可增加阿尔茨海默病的发病危险。来自中国兰州大学第二医院苏少晨所在团队在假设牙齿缺失对海马齿状回神经元会有一定影响的前提下设计了此实验。结果发现,牙齿缺失小鼠海马齿状回新生神经元的标志物双皮质素和成熟神经元的标志物神经元核抗原蛋白阳性表达细胞密度及荧光吸收值均降低,说明牙齿缺失可抑制成年小鼠海马齿状回神经元的新生。文章发表在《中国神经再生研究(英文版)》杂志20
