2、1个周期内每天化疗前半小时静脉予1次5mg托烷司琼和5mg的地塞米松注射液。化疗第1d开始前0．5h给予中药敷脐，每天24h持续敷药，直至化疗结束。化疗方法同对照组。观察1个周期化疗过程中前5d的呕吐、食欲减退情况和化疗结束24～48h的呕吐情况。[结果]治疗组出现恶心的程度偏轻且恶心患者例数显著偏少，d3、d5均P
