1、2013年4月第39卷第7ril2013，Vol39，No．7论著●磁性纳米顺铂微粒联合热疗抑制卵巢癌转移相关基因的表达叶青徐云钊奚庆华张玉泉【摘要】目的探讨磁性纳米顺铂微粒热化疗抑制卵巢癌skov-3转移相关基因CD44v6、基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)表达的作用。方法取对数生长期的人卵巢癌skov-3细胞株分为阴性对照组、裸药组、纳米药物组、磁热组和磁热化组。处理并体外培养后采用RT-PCR检测各组MMP-2和CD44v6的表达。结果磁热化组CD44v6、MMP-2mRNA的表达较其余4组有明显降低(P
