2、染者的麻醉效果进行比较。结果麻醉诱导期丙泊酚、舒芬太尼和顺式阿曲库铵的用药量按每公斤体重计算，维持期的用药量则按公斤体重时间计算。两组的丙泊酚、舒芬太尼和顺式阿曲库铵的用药量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>o．05)，麻醉过程中血管活性药物使用率(观察组2例，对照组3例)和拔管时间【观察组(is．544-4．24)min，对照组(15．0o士4．08)min】比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论艾滋病患者在无症状期接受外科手术时，其对全身麻醉的耐受力与普通患者并无差异，艾滋病感染患者对全身麻醉
