1、包装与食品机械2014年第32卷第3期有机溶剂法提取化州橘叶精油工艺研究张钟。杨宏娟(广东石油化工学院化学与生命科学学院，广东茂名525000)摘要：以化州橘叶为原料，探讨有机溶剂法提取化州橘叶精油的最佳工艺。在单因素基础上选取试验因素与水平，根据中心组合Box—Behnken试验设计原理，采用了3因素3水平的响应面分析方法，以化橘叶精油得率为响应值，依据回归分析确定各个工艺条件的最佳水平。结果表明：化州橘叶精油提取的最佳工艺参数为：溶剂为石油醚；料液比为1：60；提取时间为2．25h。结果：在最佳条件下，化橘叶精油提取率可达3．05％。此试验得到的化橘叶精油在常温
