1、实用肿瘤杂志2014年第29卷第3期·263·瘤内注射榄香烯乳治疗肝癌的疗效观察陆青媛，赵砚峰，张支农(1．湖湘中医肿瘤医院肿瘤内科，湖南长沙417000；2．湖湘中医肿瘤医院肿瘤外科，湖南长沙417000)摘要：目的观察超声引导下经皮肝穿刺瘤体内注射榄香烯乳注射液治疗肝癌的疗效，以探讨本法的临床应用价值。方法59例肝癌病例分为瘤体内注射榄香烯乳注射液(研究组)26例和静脉输注榄香烯乳注射液(对照组)33例，治疗3周期(每周期21天)后观察疗效，分析治疗后瘤体大小和生活质量状况。结果研究组肿块缩小率及肿块回声增强

2、率均高于对照组(57．7％、76．9％24，2％、30．3％，均P<0．001)，瘤体内血流信号减少率、瘤体内血流峰值流速减低率和瘤体内血流阻力指数减低率亦高于对照组(61．5％、34．6％、34．6％30．3％、18．2％、21．2％，均P<0．01)。研究组的CR、PR、SD、PD、肝区疼痛缓解率、生活质量评分、无进展生存亦均高于对照组(均P<0．05)。结论瘤体内注射榄香烯乳注射液治疗肝癌有较好疗效。关键词：肝肿瘤／药物疗法；倍半萜类／投药和剂量；超声检查，介入性；穿刺术；注射，病灶内；静脉输注中图分类号：
