1、l8云南中医中药杂志2014年第35卷第8期·临床研究·醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑梗死伴意识障碍患者的临床研究沈长青，刘仲富，奚耀，王进，项志兵，钱义明(1．云南省通海县中医医院，云南通海652700；2上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院，上海200437)摘要：目的观察醒脑静注射液对急性脑梗死伴意识障碍患者的临床疗效。方法86例急性脑梗死伴意识障碍的患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组4l例，对照组患者采用常规治疗方法，治疗组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用醒脑静注射液20mL静脉滴注，两组患者疗程均为14d。比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗

2、效、血液流变学、血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs—CRP)、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)及住院天数。结果治疗组临床总有效率为88．89％，对照组为65．85％，治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0．05)；治疗组患者格拉斯哥昏迷评分、血液流变学、hs—CRP及住院天数均优于对照组患者，差异有显著性(P<0．05)；治疗中不良反应轻微。结论醒脑静注射液联合常规方法治疗急性脑梗死伴意识障碍患者的临床疗效优于单纯常规治疗。关键词：急性脑梗死；意识障碍；醒脑静注射液；疗效中图分类号：R743．3文献标志码：A文章编号：1007—2349(2014)08—
