7、tesunate,Art)对人前列腺癌Pc一3细胞株抑制作用及机制。方法:进行前列腺癌PC一3细胞培养,不同浓度Art干预,采用MTr法检测用药后细胞增殖率的改变,流式细胞术(FCM)检测细胞周期的改变和凋亡比。结果:与对照组比较,Art可显著抑制PC一3细胞增殖(P<0.01);PC一3细胞主要被阻滞在G/G期,FCM检测Pc一3细胞凋亡比,各实验组均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且呈时间、剂量依赖性。结论:Art可抑制PC一3细胞增殖,其作用机制可能与调控细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡有关。【关键词】前列腺癌;PC一3细胞;青蒿琥酯;凋亡;
