1、·妇产医学·中日医药斜学2015年2月第5卷第4期连续性血液净化治疗妊娠急性脂肪肝临床疗效分析冯一奇江苏省苏州市立医院本部产科，江苏苏州215002【摘要】目的探讨连续性血液净化治疗妊娠急性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2006年1月～2013年l2月在我院诊治的64例妊娠急性脂肪肝患者，行常规治疗同时采取连续性血液净化治疗的34例孕妇为治疗组，30例采用终止妊娠、常规保肝抗炎治疗孕妇为对照组，观察两组孕妇治疗后转氨酶、血胆红素、凝血功能、血糖等指标的变化以及死亡率。结果治疗组34例患者的转氨酶、血胆红素、凝血功能、血糖等指标与治疗前比较有显著改善

2、，对照组30例患者的转氨酶、血胆红素、凝血功能、血糖等指标与治疗前比较有所改善，但改善程度不及观察组，两组上述观察指标比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05o治疗组34例患者全部治愈，死亡率为0；对照组30例患者中4例死亡，死亡率为13．3％。治疗组患者的死亡率明显低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05o结论连续性血液净化治疗妊娠急性脂肪肝可提高临床疗效，降低孕妇死亡率，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】连续性血液净化；妊娠急性脂肪肝；Il盘床疗效【中图分类号】R714．2；R575．5【文献标识码】B【文章编号】2095—0616(2015)O4—
