3、g【Abstract】BackgroundLaparoscopicsleevegastrectomy(LSG)isanemergingsurgicalapproach，but1thathasseenasurgeinpopularitybecauseofitsperceivedtechnicalsimplicity，feasibility，andgoodoutcomes．Aninternationalexpe~panelwasconvenedinCoralGables，FloridaonMarch25and26，2011，withthepurposeofprovidingbestpr

4、acticeguidelinesthroughconsensusregardingtheperformanceofLSG．Thepanelcomprised24centersandrepresented11countries，spanningallmajorregionsoftheworldandall6populatedcontinents。withacollectiveexperienceof>12，000cases．Itwasthoughtprudenttoholdanexpertconsensusmeetingofsomeofthesurgeonsacrosstheglob
