6、erecol—lectedfrompatientswithlungcancer.ThetissueDNAwasabstractedandtheexons18,19,21inEGFRgeneweresubjectedforPCRamplificationanddirectsequencing.Results:EGFRmutationsweredetectedin15of53cytologyspecimens(28.3%),thefrequenciesofEGFRmutationsinexons18,19and21were1.9%(1/53),9.4%(5/53)and16.9
7、%(9/53),respectively.TherewereflosignifiantdifferencesintheEGFRmutationratebetweencytologysamplesandhistologysamples(28.3%VS32.2%,P=0.624),butsignificantdifferenceswerefoundinthebloodsamples(4.2%,1/24,locatedintheexon21)comparedwithhistologysamples(P=0.006).Co
