2、HBV感染患者空腹抽取静脉血检测乙型肝炎五项标志物、HBV-DNA定量与PreSIAg，分析其结果，采用SPSS17．0软件进行统计分析。结果乙型肝炎五项标志物检测结果HBsAg+HBsAb、HBsAg+HBeAg+HBcAb、HBsAg+HBeAb+HBcAb、HBsAg+HBeAg、HBsAg+HBeAb、HBsAg+HBcAb模式分别占2．50、25．84、45．OO、1O．OO、5．83％、1O．83，PreSIAg阳性率为60．83，HBV-DNA阳性率为67．5O％；HBV—DNA阳性患者中Pre
