1、堡全医2014年5月第12卷第5期ChineseJournalofGeneralPractice,May2014,Vo1.12,No.5·诊断技术一医学影像·MRI与CT对乙型肝炎肝硬化继发小肝癌诊断价值对比分析祁克信,张宏霞,周煜奇摘要:目的探讨磁共振成像与螺旋cT扫描对乙型肝炎肝硬化背景上小肝癌的诊断价值,以期为临床诊治提供借鉴。方法收集2007年1月一2012年12月均经过组织学确诊肝脏局灶性病变的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者43例临床资料,行腹部螺旋cT与MRI检查,经过2名以上有经验影像科医师共同诊断,对比分析
2、2组患者诊断符合率,统计学处理使用SPSS16.0软件,统计学方法采用)(2检验。结果检查cT组检出43个病灶,MRI组检出46个病灶,MRI组平扫检出率为82.6%显著高于cT组平扫检出率62.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MRI增强扫描后检出率为91.3%,与平扫相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);CT增强扫描后检出率为90.7%,与平扫相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组增强扫描后检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MRI平扫对乙型肝炎肝硬化背景上小肝癌的诊断能力优于螺旋c
