2、理变化,采用免疫组织化学法和逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测大鼠HCC不同时期survivin和apollon的蛋白及mRNA表达。结果:改良型间断饮用DEN成功诱导了大鼠肝癌模型,诱癌结束时实验组大鼠自然死亡4只,死亡率5.88%(4/68)。实验组存活的16只大鼠15只形成肝癌,诱癌率93.75%(15/16)。免疫组化结果显示:survivin和apollon阳性表达率逐渐升高,各组间阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),survivin和apollon在肝癌组中表达呈正相关关系(r=0.515,P=0.003<0.05)。RT-PCR检测结果
