1、按摩与康复医学2012年1月第3卷第1期(中)总第25期2ChineseManipulation&RehabilitationMedicine2012,No.25化学发光法和时间分辨荧光免疫分析法检测低浓度乙肝表面抗原的应用分析廖冰洁周迎春(广东省广州中医药大学第一附属医院广州510405)摘要:目的:探讨化学发光微粒子免疫分析(CMIA)、时间分辨荧光免疫分析法(TRFIA)检测乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)低浓度样本的临床意义。方法:分别用CMIA、TRFIA和酶联免疫吸附试~(ELISA)测定232例肝病门诊和脾胃病科病人血清HBsA
